So Sufian bought our Smart LED bulb that he was totally stoked about it. However, after a while, it died on him. Luckily he remembered it had a warranty he immediately hit us up on our WhatsApp. To his surprise, we only asked him to send us a video of the faulty bulb and his claimed was launched. A new bulb was delivered to his doorstep a few days later.
Every now and then we try to go above and beyond for our customers just like we did for Hassaan. Hassaan wanted his package delivered on Urgent basis in Lahore as he wanted to gift it to his family who were leaving for the US the very next day. So we immediately got his parcel dispatched through TCS and paid a premium to ensure prompt delivery. TCS assured us of next day delivery and we communicated that to Hassaan as well. However, it turned the flight the package was on got delayed and hence the package wasn't delivered on time. Hassaan was disappointed so we took it on ourselves to make it up-to him and found out a way to get his parcel delivered directly to his relatives in the US without charging him anything extra!
Even-though we try our absolute best to make sure our products are packed as safely as possible but if something still ends up getting damaged, it's totally our responsibility. So we will get it replaced ASAP!
